How long does shipping take?
Orders are carefully prepared within 2-3 business days. Shipping within Spain takes an additional 2-4 days, depending on the destination. The total number of days from when you place your order until you receive your pack is 6 to 7 business days.
Can I customize my pack?

How should I care for my tote bag?
Hand wash with cold water, do not tumble dry, and avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
Can I change or return my order?
As these are limited edition products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your order has any issues.
